Terms of Use
This Agreement is between First Club Holiday Ltd at Canada House, 272 Field End Road, Eastcote, Middlesex HA4 9NA, United Kingdom and the visitor to our website. You may use this website providing you agree to these terms of use. By using the website, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
You consent to the Terms and Conditions when you use the Site, without qualification. If you disagree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Site in any way.
Bookings
Any booking made through us gives rise to a contract between you and the owner of the accommodation. The terms of the contract with the owner of the accommodation, including terms relating to cancellation and payment, will be set out in your booking confirmation. To guarantee your booking, we require your credit card details. If you do not wish to send this information via the Internet, simply make an inquiry and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Do you need to book different room types (e.g. a single and a double room)? If so, please make separate bookings for each.
No credit card information is needed for an inquiry.
Group Reservations
Group Reservations can only be made for 10 or more rooms. For reservation enquiry of 10 or more rooms, please complete the form below and you will be contacted within 24 hours by a Group Reservation Specialist. You could also call 00.44.(0)20.8582 0361 to submit your request. We are happy to help you make reservations for your group no matter how large.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Before payment is received in full, First Club Holiday is not obliged to issue any confirmations, vouchers, or other travel documents.
Payment can be made by cash, personal cheque, building society cheque, banker's draft or debit card. We can also accept payment by all major credit cards as detailed on the Site although you will incur a 3% credit card fee to cover our bank charges. Fax copy of credit card and authorisation signature for the total amount charged is requested. If your booking is being paid for with a third party credit card we may require written authorisation to be provided by the card-holder.
First Club Holiday reserves the right only to deliver confirmations, vouchers or other travel documents to your billing address.
Check-in Time
Most of the hotels are not available to check-in until 14:00 depending on the policy of the property. If you prefer earlier check-in to your room, please mention on your booking form but this is subject to availability, for the early morning check-in we suggest that you book from one day prior to your arrival.
Security Deposit
This is usually paid on arrival directly to the hotel to cover extras such as telephone, laundry etc. and any damage that may occur.
Cancellations
Cancellation period is 48 hours prior to arrival date. To cancel or modify your booking that you have already booked, it is your responsibility to notify us in writing of such request. First Club Holiday Ltd. is unable to cancel or modify any booking prior to receipt of your requests. Once the booking is confirmed, for cancellation without any notification you might to pay the first night of your staying. Please contact sales@firstclubholiday.com if you need to cancel your booking for some cases.
Refunds
All requests for refunds must be made in writing by e-mail, letter or by fax. Before 48 hours of the check-in date full payment can be refundable, otherwise first night of the reservation will be charged as no-show. All credit cards and bank charges should be customer responsibility.
Access Your Reservation
To view, change, or cancel a reservation, please advise your request with your reservation confirmation number and send your mail to sales@firstclubholiday.com. You'll find the number on the e-mail confirmation you received when you made the reservation.
